SERVICES AND INFORMATION INCLUDED:

Student understands that Real Advisors, LLC shall have no obligation to provide any of the services, training or information discussed in this agreement until such time as payment is received in full.

CANCELLATIONS/REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of our services, full refunds are guaranteed three (3) business days after the date of sale. After midnight on the third business day, all sales are final and no refunds will be granted. All refund requests must be emailed directly to: [email protected] and include in the subject line: “Request for Refund”.

TRANSACTIONAL FUNDING

Real Advisors, LLC will provide transactional funding for real estate wholesale transactions. Upon fully executed agreements with both parties (the Seller and the Buyer), Student will be charged one (1) point or percent of the transaction amount. This fee will not be charged upfront, but will be deducted from the proceeds of the transaction at closing.

SOFTWARE

60-Day trial period of Real Elite Lite upon signup. Monthly fee of $97.00 applies thereafter. Your card will not be charged until after the initial complimentary (60)-day trial period measured from the date of your purchase. Student may cancel the Real Elite software membership at any time. This program includes one (1) member login. Memberships cannot be refunded or transferred. If customers purchase a subscription with recurring payments, the customers agree that we will automatically charge the current monthly subscription fee to their credit card account or to their checking account at the beginning of each period until they cancel the subscription. If customers cancel the subscription before the trial period has expired, you will not be charged. Should you cancel after 60 days, their payment is non-refundable and their service will continue until the end of the customer’s contracted term. Fees are not prorated. Customers understand that other applicable fees may be charged to them. Customers agree that we may extend your credit card expiration date to assure continued service. Access service fees may change from time to time with thirty (30) days advanced notice.

Memberships cannot be refunded or transferred.

Cancellation: Memberships must be canceled 20 days before the billing period or you may be liable for the next month’s payment. All cancellation requests must be sent to [email protected]. Customers may obtain information on the fees currently in effect by contacting [email protected]

Customers subscription may be suspended or terminated without notice upon rejections of any credit and/or debit card charges or if your card issuer (or its agents or affiliates) seeks return of payments previously made

RISKS RELATED TO REAL ESTATE

The investment in real estate can lead to loss of money over a short or even long period. The investors in real estate should expect the housing market to fluctuate. The information published and provided by the Company cannot guarantee that the investors in real estate would not lose money.

LIABILITY

The materials on the Website are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Real Advisors, LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Real Advisors, LLC does not warrant that the functions contained in the materials will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Website or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. Real Advisors, LLC does not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of the materials on the Website in terms of their correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise. You (and not Real Advisors, LLC) assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair or correction. Applicable law may not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusion may not apply to you.

To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, Real Advisors, LLC and each of its respective officers, director, employees, agents, licensors, representatives and third-party providers will not be liable to you for any compensatory, consequential, incidental, exemplary, indirect, special or similar damages that may result from the use of, access to, or the inability to use, the Website or any materials contained on the Website, whether the material is provided or otherwise supplied by Real Advisors, LLC or any third party.

If, notwithstanding the other provisions of these Terms, Real Advisors, LLC is found to be liable to you for any damages or losses arising out of your use of, access to or inability to use the Website or any material provided or otherwise supplied by us or any third party, our liability shall in no event exceed the greater of: (i) the total amounts actually paid by you with respect to any services, features, or materials available through the Website, paid in the last six months prior to the date of the initial claim made by you against Real Advisors, LLC; or (ii) US $100.00. Note that some jurisdictions do not allow limitations of liability or may place limitations on our ability to limit our liability to you, so the foregoing limitation may not apply to you.

Facts and information on the Website are believed to be accurate at the time they were placed on the Website. Changes may be made at any time without prior notice. All data provided on the Website is to be used for information purposes only. You authorize Real Advisors LLC and hereby grant all licenses necessary to use your success story, name and likeness on a worldwide basis in future publications via print, audio or video. You further acknowledge that you will not be compensated for your success story you represent and that, in whole, your success story is true.

NO REPRESENTATIONS

Real Advisors, LLC makes no representations, warranties or guarantees of the Student’s success during and after the programs provided hereunder. Real Advisors, LLC shall not function as your real estate broker, personal accountant, attorney or financial advisor. Student is encouraged to seek the advice of an accountant, attorney, financial advisor and/or real estate broker, prior to entering into this Agreement.

Student is not authorized to act on Real Advisors LLC’ behalf as an employee, agent, or representative unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Real Advisors LLC is not responsible for Student’s actions and Student agrees to release and hold harmless Real Advisors LLC and any of its staff, employees, officers or affiliates from liability for any of your actions or comments influenced by the information contained in products and services received.

The Student hereby acknowledges that they are purchasing educational training, materials and/or software only. The Student hereby acknowledges that they are not purchasing a franchise, security, dealership, business, affiliation, association or seller-assisted marketing plan. No additional support, training or act on the part of the Company is expressly promised or implied, except as appears in this Agreement. No representation, expressed or implied, is made concerning the Student’s successful application of training and/or software license purchased. Reproduction of any portion, in part or in whole, of Company’s products and materials is prohibited.

CONFIDENTIALITY/PROPRIETARY INFORMATION

You understand you will receive confidential information that may not be shared with anyone outside your family or partnership. The content and information you receive during the program and by virtue of your membership constitutes the proprietary information, and in some cases, the trade secret information of Real Advisors LLC. You may NOT reproduce, lend, rent, or sell data, content, information or materials that you receive from Real Advisors LLC to anyone. Upon any breach of this paragraph, Real Advisors shall suffer irreparable harm and shall be entitled to immediate injunctive relief, without the requirement of posting bond.
