SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
Once the event commences, if not completely satisfied with the YFD Event, customers seeking a refund will need to reach out to our Support Department no later than 11:59pm EST on Day 1 of the chosen YFD event. Customer must have attended Day 1 of the YFD Event to have your refund considered. At Customer’s option, we will apply Customer tuition to another event, or send Customer a full refund within 2 weeks based on the original method of payment.
Customers seeking a refund will need to click on a link provided by our Support department and must complete the necessary form by 8:00am EST on Day 2 of the chosen YFD Event. Refunds will be issued within 2 weeks based on original method of payment. Complimentary enrollments are not eligible for refund or credit.
