Born a native of Kansas City, Sharron Rogers got her start in real estate as a Director Of First Impressions for a Real Estate Firm in neighboring Overland Park, Kansas. At the Real Estate firm she learned the inner workings of the Operations side of Realty Offices & Title Companies.

In 2014 after working her way up to an Office Manager, she relocated to Dallas, Texas where she took on a similar role for a Wholesale Real Estate Company. At the company, she learned the Investment side of real estate and how to scale the business leading her to become the Chief Operating Officer. Using her knowledge of closing hundreds of properties and tracking KPI's to catapult success as a springboard, she then helped build out and optimize operations for 2 other companies in a Chief Operating Officer role as well.

Sharron has a passion to teach others the business and how to optimize their time and resources. She helps lead the Client Success Department at REAL Advisors and coaches students wanting to learn the wholesale game. She also maintains a Wholesale Investment Business of her own.
Richard Dunn is an entrepreneur and business owner with a strong back- ground in operations and sales management. His expertise ranges from sales and unique sales strategies to building, managing and scaling sales floors and companies. He has grown and scaled failing companies with low annual revenues that were less than seven figures with a high employee attrition rate to a fully staffed sales company with over 30 employees and producing annual revenue in the eight figure range.

In 2016 Richard founded his own sales agency, heavily focused on the real estate investing niche and has scaled that company to be diversified with both inside and outside sales teams. He promotes an environment and culture for his staff to strive for excellence through teamwork and continued education and where everyone helps each other to thrive and succeed.

He teaches sales techniques and strategies to, as well as consults with real estate investors, small business owners and individuals throughout the country.
